aps Bridge: Closing the gap between virtual and reality

When people are used to gathering at face-to-face events, attending presentations, and sharing information IRL,

then any attempt to simulate that event online, to create a virtual version, it has to be done right.

With speakers and delegates bound to compare and contrast production values,

what can you do to make sure that even the most ambitious of virtual events is a hit?

THE
CHALLENGE

Every year our client hosted a standalone face-to-face meeting. An ambitious, large-scale event that, for the very first time, they wanted to offer online in the form of a virtual event.

Three days of live, pre-recorded and panel discussions, 27 presenters (12 in-room/15 remote), and with all the high-end production values and event experience that speakers and delegates would expect when gathering in person.

THE
SOLUTION

Complete, choreographed virtual event control with aps Bridge.

A broadcast production setup and team, aps Bridge seamlessly packaged every important aspect of the event into a top-quality virtual event experience.

While online attendees enjoyed HD access to events, show callers led a relaxed and in-control faculty through a packed agenda, cue by cue.

Boasting seamless transitions between live presentations and pre-recordings, motion graphic animations, logos and video stings, in virtually every aspect aps Bridge made the virtual event feel virtually real.
