We’re seeking an experience Events Project Assistant to join one of our project teams to provide day to day support in the delivery of events.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the account team in the management of projects and events, including:
• Booking freelancers and internal/external resources
• Maintaining client communications and producing status reports
• Producing on-site schedules and on-site packs
• Producing invoices, purchase orders, and reconciling expenses
• Provide office-based support whilst the project team are onsite
• Administrative tasks identified by the Project Manager, e.g. booking flights
• Any other duties as required by the business

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Proven experience of working in the events industry in a similar role is essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of general company systems and procedures – financial, procurement, HR, quality etc
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work under own initiative and direction
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to cope under pressure and to tight timelines

We’re looking for a highly creative Motion Designer with proven experience to join a very busy and established events and digital media production company, based in Cheadle, Cheshire.

The successful applicant will join our creative team and work alongside project managers to develop concepts and deliver a wide range of motion graphics for use in video productions, web, live event content & opening sequences. Creativity is core to all that we do …we’re always looking to produce new and exciting things …and have fun doing it!

Demonstrating a proven track record in motion design you will be expected to hit the ground running, producing high quality and innovative motion graphics.

What will you be doing?
• Creative Concept Design
• 2D and 3D Motion Graphics
• Storyboard Design

Requirements
• Creativity and imagination
